All the bedrooms with queen sized beds. 2 sleeping nooks in walkout basement on water side. Bike path and town beach are close by. Lounge outside near the fire pit or sit on the deck to watch the sunset. Swimming is not recommended from the sea wall. The local beach is a short drive. Newport beaches are certainly worth the drive.
