Positive: Very well appointed suite. High quality furnishings. Very quiet room. Easy access from the M40.

Negative: Breakfast was terrible, we have had better at a Premier Inn. With this level of accommodation and prices we would expect at least fresh coffee/toast served to our table, rather than a buffet with a coffee machine and the cheapest possible food. It was so bad we decided not to have breakfast there the second day and walked across the road to a lovely little farm cafe who do amazing food and coffees. The breakfast put us off trying their restaurant for dinner. The Coach House doesn’t have a lift, so expect to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. No help offered at reception to take our bags to our room, which I would expect with this type of hotel No gym either. Overall, other than a nice room, the general hotel facilities are very basic.

Summary: Very nice room but terrible breakfast.
