Summary: The room was not filthy, but not fresh and clean. Our first room was very dirty, torn apart and smelled of mold. The front desk changed our room promptly, but the new room was not super clean, with missed dust/dirt on counters and switches, but also a filthy pull-out couch mattress that had obvious filth on it. The breakfast area was not all that clean and sparse. However, the dtaff that we encountered were all very friensly and helpful. Overall, the experience wasn't the worsr, but I would not choose to stau here again.
