Summary: The staff was very helpful and courteous. I arrived in the morning after an overnight flight from the United States. The staff stored my luggage and worked to get my room ready earlier than the scheduled check in time. The staff went out of their way to provide useful information regarding restaurants and other sights in the area. The rooftop terrace had a spectacular view and complimentary wine and cheese was served form 7:00 to 8:00 pm each evening. The room was spotless and was cleaned every day during my stay.
